Rothenburg

Along the Germany Romantic road, Rothenburg is a Charming historic and medieval fairy tale town to visit. On the way to Rothenburg, visiting Pristine Herburg Castle and Quaint walled town of Dinkelbühel is advisable.

Bad Mergentheim

Bad Mergentheim is an officially recognized SPA town in the German state of Baden-Württemberg. This little town is a mix of Cultural and Therapeutic touristic attractions. Historically, the headquarters of the Teutonic Order (Deutscher Orden), it was discovered to have rich mineral springs in the surrounding areas (strongest sodium-sulfate water in all of Europe) and recognized as a Spa town since 1926.

For the art enthusiasts the town offers the Grand Castle and Museum of Mergentheim and the Stuppach Madonna. For those who are interested in the therapeutic attractions, there are the Spa parks, Mineral Springs, Gradierpavillon for inhalation therapy, barefoot walking paths, cycling and Hiking trials. The town also offers a wildlife park with its largest Wolf pack in Europe.

 

Worms

Worms is a city in Rhineland –Palatinate located in west bank of the Rheine Rivers. It has several historic places, which will take you to Bronze Age times. Ancient monuments, museums and churches are there to visit. St. Andrews Collegiate in Wecherlingplatz is more famous and Cathedral of St Peter is one of the Romansch Church built on the River Rheine.

Walking is the best way to enjoy the historic center. Rhine Bridge, Jewish Bath, Cemetery, Martin Luther monument, the park and manor house Herensheim are important places to visit.Worms is a city in Rhineland –Palatinate located in west bank of the Rheine Rivers.

Lindau

Lindau is located south of Germany and on shores of Lake Constance (Bodensee)

Walking tour or cycle tour are the best experience you can gain by visiting Lindau. It has lot of incredible architecture. The oldest harbor light house, old town hall ( Rathhaus), the Bavarian Lion ( Der Bayeriche Löwe) welcomes all. There are lot of neighbor harbors to visit as well includes Bregenz, Konstanz etc. Boat trips and hiking are famous here.

Wandering the Lindenhofpark, art exhibitions and walking along the lakes gives greatest satisfaction. You can visit these places all seasons in a year.

Bamberg

Bamberg, a north Bavarian city is one of the World Heritage Centers. The city extends over 7 hills and marks the meeting point of 2 rivers- Main and Regnitz. The old “bourgeois” merchant city has been transformed into Bamberg’s city center popularly known as The Island City. A combination of Old buildings running private business and chain stores, the renowned Otto-Friedrich University, local markets, the Bamberg Cathedral and the Old town hall (built in the middle of the Regnitz river and made accessible using two bridges) gives the urban city an ethnic touch to live and relish. The other touristic attractions include a fishermen colony popularly known as the Little Venice, Michaelsberg Abbey and a number of palaces and residences of bishops.

Also, the city as every other European city is home to a number of Museums and proudly homes 9 Beer breweries specializing in Bamberg’s specialty; smoked Rauchbier.

Ramsau

Ramsau bei Berchtesgaden, a beautiful Alpine village situated in the Bavarian Alps is the first Mountaineering village of Germany. Surrounded by the great Alpine mountains, pristine lake Königsee, the Parish Church of St. Sebastian and National parks, Ramsau is a hiker’s paradise. PS: Not to be confused with Ramsau am Dachstein, also a well-known Alpine Tourist destination situated in Austria.

Meissen

Meissen is located in Saxony and lies on the Elbe River near Dresden. Meissen is famous for the manufacturing of Porcelain with the combination of China clay and potter’s clay. It is the first high quality Porcelain produced outside of the Orient. Wine production is also famous. Meissen known as cradle of Saxony. Church for only women is located and adds more value.

Gothic Cathedral Buildings and fairy-tale Albrechts Castle makes this city famous. Porcelain factory, outlet shops, workshops brings more people.
