The Visa Process takes place in the following steps

Fill in the Application Form completely. Please note that the application form has to filled in and taken print. The handwritten forms will not be accepted. Collect all the required documents and get ready for the interview

A prior appointment has to be taken to submit all the documents. It is mandatory to fix the appointment before you go to submit the required documents.

- 3 -

The Appointment letter will be verified at the appointment center when you go to submit the documents. Punctuality is vital when you go to the center. Even a 10 minutes delay can be cancelled or the visa cannot be processed. A token will be given to you.

- 4 -

Make sure all the documents are arranged according to the checklist in the form. The application form,passport and the documents will be collected and held by the embassy for the process of your Visa. 

Another token will be issued and the appointment has to be taken for another day if the documents are incomplete.

- 5 -

All the information in the application will be entered online in the embassy system. A printed copy of all your application information will be given for you to verify and sign. Please read it carefully and check all the information is correct. 

Once the Visa Fees is paid, you will receive a receipt to collect the processed application. Make sure the receipt is safe as it is required to collect the Visa.

- 6 -

After the application submission the Biometrics will be captured. The 10 digit Fingerprints will be captured by the scanner. And the process is done.
